How? We asked her just that, and here’s what she shared:
Q: What made you decide to join ERA Grizzard?
A: Back in 2022, my old brokerage was parting ways and ending, and I had a lot of friends who were at ERA Grizzard here, and I saw that they were prospering well and looked like they were having fun, so I wanted to be a part of it!
The main thing that attracted me to join the brokerage was all of the marketing support offered. There are a plethora of systems in place to allow us to be able to market to home buyers and sellers.
Q: What’s one of the biggest differences you’ve experienced in your business since joining ERA Grizzard
A: With my old brokerage, they really were strong when we started out as only being a buyer’s agent, and really did not even let us list for the first two years, and I was very shy when I came over here around listings.
Since I’ve been a part of the brokerage for a while now, my listing business has just blossomed and bloomed, and we’ve been able to become one of the top listing agents in the area.
Q: Can you describe the culture of being a part of Team ERA?
A: The ERA culture has been one that’s been very welcoming. If you need help, there’s always someone there to assist.
We have volunteer days that are very special because we have impact back to the community, which I really love. Then we also have our Thanksgiving luncheon, which has been really special because we gather together, the broker does a turkey and everybody else brings sides, and it’s just a very informal and great time to come together and start the kickoff of the holiday season.
Q: How has joining ERA Grizzard been a good decision for your career?
A: It’s been a great decision for my career because not only am I able to have my own sphere of influence that I’m doing business with, but I’m also a part of a great relocation team that’s called the Client Services Relocation team, and I’m also a part of the A Team. So that’s great subsidiary and supplemental business, and that’s really helped me to grow in my knowledge and keep me extra busy.
I really believe the busier you are, the more you’re learning, and I just love having all of that opportunity. I’m proud to have closed $6.4+ and 15 transactions in the last 12 months from the relocation team, was named the Relocation Agent, and have a 75% Listing conversion Rate.
Q: How has real estate and being with ERA Grizzard impacted your life?
A: Switching over from corporate America into real estate has been such an amazing adventure. With ERA Grizzard in particular, I have just been given such an abundant opportunity to be able to grow in my confidence and to help support my family and to be able to have a lifestyle that is above anything that I could have imagined, and I love that I have the ability to control that myself.
Q: How has leadership at ERA Grizzard supported you?
A: From a broker standpoint, Gus has always been readily available. If you’re calling the broker hotline or you’re texting him at a very strange hour of the day, he’s always responsive and gets back to you. You never feel like you’re left out high and dry and having to figure it out yourself, and we also have subsidiary support available to you as well.
Q: If someone were looking to make a move, why should they consider ERA Grizzard?
A: It has just been such an incredible experience for me. We have many agents who have been a part of the ERA Grizzard family for so many years who provide their experience and depth and knowledge, and everybody is really willing to help each other.
There are tons of marketing materials that are available that are branded. We have a marketing concierge who helps keep our social media relevant and intact, and we have a lot of fun events on the side.
