Sit down with Gus Grizzard, Broker/Owner of ERA Grizzard Real Estate, as he answers agents’ toughest questions about joining the team.

Q: Most companies feel the same now. How are you different?

A: My father founded the company back in 1968, and even today, we are family-owned and operated. We're a people-first business, and we love giving back to our communities and each other, and that is what differentiates us from any other brokerage out there.

Q: I’m overwhelmed in my business. How will you support me?

A: If you're feeling overwhelmed with technology, marketing, database management, all the things that you know you need to be consistent with every single day to be successful, here at ERA Grizzard, we're designed to make sure we take that stress off your plate.

We have an Agent Concierge that will make sure that all the marketing for your new listings, your closings, and more is done and created for you. If database management is bogging you down, our Agent Concierge does a lot of the heavy lifting with database management and staying in contact with your past customers.

If you don't really have a direction as to where you should be going with your business and how to get there, our Director of Training and Development will sit down with you to put together a road map of success that you'll also be a big part of creating. And ultimately, if you feel like you're on an island dealing with transactions that are falling apart left and right, that's where I come in as well. I'm eager to jump in, roll up my sleeves, and get things done, to be your advocate during your transactions.

Q: Do you provide leads or growth opportunities?

A: We have a huge Relocation and Client Services Department that provides our A-Team with corporate relocation referrals. But the difference here is that instead of just providing you leads, we also help you nurture those opportunities so that you're getting future business from them.

We're teaching you how to leverage our technology to make sure that you're not just closing that one transaction, you're also getting residual referral business years down the road to continue growing your business.

Q: I’m already successful. Is it worth it for me to move?

A: Joining ERA Grizzard Real Estate really isn’t about changing your business.
