Q: What has your experience with ERA Grizzard been like?
A: My experience with ERA Grizzard has been nothing short of amazing. This has been the most successful chapter of my real estate career, and that success is directly connected to the brokerage’s support.
I strongly believe that systems shouldn’t just work for the company, they should work for the people within it. ERA Grizzard has built both strong technical systems and an exceptional support team. There is always someone just an email or phone call away.
The leadership, the broker, the management team, and the staff are knowledgeable, accessible, and genuinely invested in our growth. Some days, I joke that I feel like a celebrity, working for the best brokerage, the coolest broker, and an incredible support team. I truly can’t complain.
Q: What made you join ERA Grizzard?
A: The honest truth? I needed more excitement. At that point in my career, I was growing, but I wasn’t energized. When you’re not excited, you’re simply operating. I wanted to be challenged. I wanted to feel that spark again.
I also had friends within the brokerage who spoke highly of the culture, leadership, and opportunities. After my interview, I just knew. The energy felt right. It felt like a space that would stretch me and help me grow. I needed a change, and ERA Grizzard turned out to be exactly the shift I didn’t even know I was waiting for.
Q: Can you share specific growth or career improvements since joining?
A: Since joining ERA Grizzard, my growth has exceeded my expectations. The numbers speak for themselves...I’ve experienced 734% year-over-year sales growth.
That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you’re in an environment that invests in you, pushes you, and believes in you. I may still be a small fish in a big ocean, but I’m coming, and I’m coming strong.
The brokerage provides opportunities that some companies might not extend to someone still considered “new.” They allow you to truly step into your role as a REALTOR® while standing beside you through every transaction. Or maybe I’m just spoiled, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Q: What do you enjoy most about being an agent at ERA Grizzard?
A: First, I enjoy giving my broker a little grief from time to time, just keeping things lively!
But what I truly love is the environment and the people. We’ve built a close-knit, collaborative team where you never feel alone in the process. The support system is far beyond what most agents would expect.
And honestly, I enjoy being the “newbie.” It keeps me hungry. It keeps me coachable. It keeps me striving for more. That energy, combined with strong leadership and real support, creates something powerful. I count my blessings daily.
