Lynette started her career in real estate in 2002, and by 2007 she found her passion: relocation! Helping people navigate big life moves—and doing her best to make the process feel a whole lot easier along the way.

A few years ago, despite having a step daughter that had just entered her first year of college, she and her fiancé made a pretty big life change. She left a long-time company to create a life for the two of them that felt more aligned with who they are and how they want to live. In 2022, they made the move from Colorado to Florida. Trading snow boots for flip flops so she could serve as the current Director of Client Services & Relocation at ERA Grizzard Real Estate. Focusing on creating an experience that feels supportive, smooth, and actually enjoyable for both clients and agents.

Being a transferring employee herself, she now knows better than most what relocating customers go through and has applied that experience to the best part of what she does, coaching and developing agents. Helping them grow their confidence and strengthen relationships with customers they have never met.

She’s been told she brings a lot of energy into the room. People often describe her as the “life of the party”, fun, encouraging and the one people gravitate toward because she makes them feel instantly comfortable and confident. She cares deeply about people, and that tends to show up in how she leads and how she serves.

Acquiring and maintaining the elusive CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation in 2019 coupled with her natural social butterfly nature, continues to help them grow their business opportunities bringing confidence with their referral partnerships.

Outside of work, if there’s sun, water, or live music involved, that’s where you’ll probably find her, staring at the wildlife and smelling flowers. Even though her cats (and her step daughter, of course) are her everything, she’s always had a deep love for all living creatures.

Moving to Florida has allowed her to focus on her health—working out, improving nutrition, and taking a more holistic approach to how she takes care of herself has now become some what of an addiction.

At the end of the day, she believes in working hard so she can truly live. For her, success isn’t just about business, it’s about building a life she actually enjoys—and helping other people do the same.
