Lisa Jones, Director of Training and Development
Wife, proud mom of three amazing adult children, and a lifelong performer with a passion for professional singing, she brings energy, creativity, and heart into everything she does. As a lifelong Florida resident and a graduate of Broward College with an Associate of Arts degree, her roots and values are deeply grounded in community, connection, and growth.
Licensed as a REALTOR® in Lake County, Florida, since 2006, she built her business as a short sale specialist, growing it into a thriving, relationship-driven practice with over 90% of her business coming from referrals and repeat clients. Along the way, she earned her Broker License and Florida Real Estate Instructor Certificate, deepening her commitment to both excellence and education in the industry.
Today, Lisa is honored to serve as Director of Training & Development at ERA Grizzard Real Estate. In this role, she is passionate about equipping agents with the tools, technology, and training they need to stay ahead in a competitive market. Nothing is more rewarding than empowering others—helping agents plan, build, and grow successful real estate businesses within a collaborative and supportive culture.
Beyond her professional work, she has served in the worship ministry at her local church for over 20 years, reflecting her lifelong love of music and service.
She is deeply committed to the real estate community, having served as a board member for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® North Lake County, contributed to numerous committees at the REALTORS® Association of Lake and Sumter Counties, and is currently serving as Chair of the Grievance Committee.
Lisa holds several National Association of REALTORS® designations, including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), and she is C2EX certified.
