June’s contract class with Lisa & Gus

In an effort to provide ongoing, targeted contract training to help agents understand contract nuances and improve their skills using real world examples, we are launching this training with Gus & Lisa Jones on the 3rd Monday, monthly.

  • The format will include 30 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes for Q&A.

  • Aimed at both new AND experienced agents

  • Will focus on specific contract paragraphs or addendums each session.

  • Topics like financing contingencies, contract timelines, and extension addendums will be covered.
